I'm slowing down a bit in my reading, this year. Only 28 books in 4 months, what's a person to think! Three of these April reads are outstanding: Matterhorn and The Bricklayer are both must read debut novels; The Marrowbone Marble Company is equally great. If you read Garden Spells by Allen, you'll like The Girl Who Chased the Moon, even more. The last three authors on this list are among my favorites, I pass up their books.
I don't read many books now as I am blogging a lot. The last one I read was a true story about a boy who was molested by his mum. terrible.
